Raymond and Gail Winter founded Speak His Word Ministries in 2009 with a calling from the Holy Spirit to teach believers how to use the Word of God to achieve results in their prayers. Both Raymond and Gail are licensed and ordained ministers. They live in Amarillo, Texas, and minister throughout the United States.
Gail is a dynamic author and anointed teacher. She is well-known for her ability to teach God’s Word in an easily understood way. Gail has been preaching and teaching the Word of God for over thirty-five years and is an accomplished author whose books are sold worldwide. She is the author of the Nuclear Prayers © series, which includes Nuclear Prayers That Blast the Devil, Nuclear Prayers For Divine Health, Nuclear Prayers For the Upper Room, and Nuclear Prayers For the Secret Place.
Raymond is an integral part of Speak His Word Ministries. Raymond’s personality and gifts are the glue that holds Gail and the ministry together. Besides managing the book sales at events, Raymond operates in a strong anointing in the Gifts of Healings and Miracles. When he prays for the sick, signs and wonders always follow. He is convinced that if the Bible says it, it is true, and he expects a manifestation of God’s Word!
Raymond and Gail met at a Bible study in western Kansas and have been best friends and partners since. In their 45 years of marriage, they have gone through some incredible challenges. Still, their love for each other and the Lord always prevails because they diligently apply the principles Gail so passionately teaches.
The Lord has blessed Raymond and Gail with three children, all married and serving the Lord. Their three grandchildren are a joy and a delight! Living in Amarillo close to their children and grandchildren is a dream come true for Raymond and Gail.
